• No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs including marijuana in OR on property
• No parties or events. No loud noise/music between 11pm-7am
• Dog* Friendly - No cats or any other animals as owner is allergic
• Dogs permitted on main level only - Not allowed on furniture including beds
• No sleeping on sofas or rearranging furniture without approval.
• Late Check-Out fee if you Check-Out after 11am without permission
• Additional cleaning fee will be imposed if home is left in unsatisfactory condition
• Guest responsible to confirm guest/animal prior to Check-In and accurate guest/animal including visitors required on reservation prior to Check-In
