• Dog* Friendly - No cats or any other animals as owner is allergic <$350 fee>

• Dogs permitted on main level only. No pets on any furniture including beds <$150 fee>

• No sleeping on sofas or rearranging furniture without approval. <$150 fee>

• Late Check-Out fee if you Check-Out after 11am without permission <$25 up to $250>

• Additional cleaning fee will be imposed if home is left in unsatisfactory condition <$25 up to $250>

• Guest responsible for accurate guest/animal count including visitors on reservation prior to Check-In <$75 per unauthorized guest/animal per day>
