• Dog* Friendly - No cats or any other animals as owner is allergic

• Dogs permitted on main level only - Not allowed on furniture including beds

• No sleeping on sofas or rearranging furniture without approval.

• Late Check-Out fee if you Check-Out after 11am without permission

• Additional cleaning fee will be imposed if home is left in unsatisfactory condition

• Guest responsible to confirm guest/animal prior to Check-In and accurate guest/animal including visitors required on reservation prior to Check-In

The space
We are taking the necessary steps to ensure our guests are safe from the coronavirus.

* Home is Pet Friendly for dogs 17# or less. Pets permitted only on the main level and we will provide a gate in the garage that you are able to use to block the stairs. Pets are not permitted on the furniture, including beds. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17# - please inquire. We have made exceptions and are willing to consider.

With many beds, this home is very spacious to sleep large families and groups. A full kitchen with cooking essentials makes it perfect for cooking meals at home.

The community pool and hot tub make it a perfect place to cool off or relax after a long day. Enjoy the fitness room and also the clubhouse for extra room for large gatherings.

The location near Zion National Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir will provide your group with the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Enjoy relaxing by the pool while children have a great way to cool off and enjoy the sunshine. There is a small park and grass area for your group to utilize during your stay.
* Coral Ridge was not designed for RV/Trailer/ATV parking and may only be parked and/or stored within the community if they fit in garage or driveway without overhanging into the street.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire property with the exception of one closet upstairs. There are NO shared spaces in the home and all in-home amenities are available to use.

* Need more space for a larger group? We have luxury studio suites, 4 bedroom, 5 bedroom and even 6 bedroom/6 bathroom that sleeps up to 30!
