• No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs including marijuana in OR on property <$500 fee>
• No parties or events. No loud noise/music between 11pm-7am <$250 fee>
• Dog* Friendly - Pet specification for listing enforced - No cats or any other animals as owner is allergic <$500 fee>
• Dogs permitted on main level only - Not allowed on furniture including beds <$150 fee>
• No sleeping on sofas or rearranging furniture without approval. <$150 fee>
• Late Check-Out fee if you Check-Out after 11am without permission <$25 up to $250>
• Additional cleaning fee will be imposed if home is left in unsatisfactory condition <$25 up to $250>
• Guest responsible to confirm guest/animal prior to Check-In and accurate guest/animal including visitors required on reservation prior to Check-In <$75 per unauthorized guest/animal per day>
