• No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs including marijuana in OR on property. <$500 fee>
• No parties or events. No loud noise/music between 11pm-7am <$250 fee>
• No dogs, cats or any other animal - No Exceptions. Owner has allergies and severe asthma <$500 fee>
• No sleeping on sofas or rearranging furniture without approval. <$150 fee>
* Late Check-Out fee if you Check-Out after 11am without permission <$25 to $250>
• Additional cleaning fee will be imposed if home is left in unsatisfactory condition. <$25 to $250>
• Guest responsible for accurate guest/animal count including visitors to be included on reservation prior to Check-In <$75 per unauthorized guest/animal per day>
